Design Matters Here

Sarasota homeowners tend to care about the look as much as the performance, and current LVP gives plenty to work with. Wide, long planks in pale European oak tones suit the clean coastal-modern style that is popular in new builds and renovations. Warmer mid-tone oaks and walnuts complement mid-century architecture. Products with embossed-in-register texture — where the surface grain follows the printed grain — and painted bevels are very difficult to tell from engineered hardwood once installed. We can also lay plank in a herringbone pattern with products made for it, which makes a striking entry or dining room.

Barrier Islands and Salt Air

We also work on Siesta Key, Lido Key, and St. Armands. Homes and condos near the beach deal with salt air, blown sand, and high humidity whenever doors are open. Vinyl plank is unaffected by all three, which is a large part of why it has replaced engineered wood as the preferred wood-look floor on the keys.
